Day to day duties of a Meet Entry Level Recruiter:

\n

\n
• Running your own 360 desk - candidate delivery and new business development.
\n
• Headhunt candidates utilizing cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Adverts, and referrals.
\n
• Market research on companies for business development purposes.
\n
• Gain insight into the Life Sciences space and become an expert in sourcing high quality and relevant candidates for open positions.
\n
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the entire recruitment life cycle from the initial phone call to closing the offer.
\n
• Work with numerous hiring managers while assisting with their staffing needs.
\n
• Represent Meet and our global clients in order to appeal to and maintain top talent in the industry.
\n
• Administrative tasks in order to keep the pipeline and system up to date.
\n
• Perform tasks as assigned by the manager.
\n

• For the first time ever, we had 5 consultants billing over 1 million in 2025
\n
• Sept 2024 our Contract team had a record setting month in revenue generated, and then reached a new record of runners out in December 2024.

• 4 consecutive quarters of revenue growth since the dip in the market
\n
• In 2025 we signed 185 terms as a global business (new and re-engaged)

• March 2025 had our highest performing month as a business since August 2022 when the market was booming!

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• 6+ months of experience in a client facing role (can be full time or internship) OR in an athletic program (required)
\n
• Outbound sales experience (highly preferred)
\n
• Bachelor's degree
\n

\n

\n

Interview Process:

\n

\n
• 15 minute phone screen with internal recruiter -->30 minute Zoom interview with internal recruiter --> 30 minute Zoom interview with hiring manager --> Writing assignment --> Final on-site
