Adjudicating and processing supplemental insurance claims remotely, the full-time Supplemental Claims Examiner will gather and analyze claim information, verify eligibility, and ensure timely payments while delivering compassionate service to claimants and partners. Key Responsibilities Manage claim intake, review, and communication across digital and paper channels Verify eligibility, analyze coverage details, and adjudicate supplemental insurance claims Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying issues and supporting workflow enhancements Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in supplemental claims processing Prior experience with medical billing or CPT coding Strong ability to analyze information and interpret policy provisions Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
