Job Description

Job Opening: Guest Care / Dog Handler
Job Type: [Part-Time]
Schedule: [6AM-1PM/12:30PM-7PM]

Do you love dogs more than most people? Are you the type who doesn’t mind a little dirt, slobber, and lots of tail wags in your day? If you're compassionate, fun-loving, and passionate about animals, we want to meet you!

About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, pet-oriented team member to join our guest care and dog handling crew. While there’s a touch of customer service involved, the majority of your time will be spent one-on-one with our canine guests—providing care, playtime, and plenty of affection.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels

• Feed, clean, and care for boarding or daycare dogs

• Monitor dog behavior and ensure a safe play environment

• Light cleaning and facility upkeep (yes, it gets a little dirty sometimes!)

• Greet pet parents and provide updates or answer basic questions

What We’re Looking For:

• A fun, upbeat, and dependable personality

• Someone who truly loves dogs and isn’t afraid of getting a little muddy

• Physically able to be on your feet, lift 30–50 lbs, and move around easily

• Comfort around all dog breeds and behaviors

• Team player with great communication skills

• Previous experience with animals is a bonus but not required—we’ll train the right person!

Perks of the Pack:

• Work in a fun, rewarding environment with animals every day

• Opportunities for growth and training in pet care

• Discounted pet services
• Lowest Incident rate for pets and handlers around
• Low dog to handler ratio
